They Say the First Home Is Always the Hardest
Sweet holy Moses. We just found out our credit score and let me just say that I did better on the SATs. Fortunately, according to eLoan, our score is not so low that we can't get a mortgage, but I don't know if we can find a house for 50 cents. I submitted a prequalification application and am waiting for someone to call me back.

Good luck! I have found that the second home is always the hardest to find because you now know what yo look for and what it is that you want in your house. But, from a financial standpoint, buying a first home involves a lot of anxiety.

Still no call back from the lenders. Umm...that does not seem like a good sign. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for the support.
