It's raining here, but my spirits are high—the title came back on the house and we should be able to close by the middle of next week. I hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th!

Congratulations on your new home and paying off those pesky taxes! Thank God your new house was spared from the flood waters! Make sure you get some type of flood insurance after you buy the house. You don't ever want that happening to you and catching you off guard! My aunt s still reeling from the last two hurricanes that hit Fl...roof repairs have not been completed and the season has begun again!
I wrote about another site to use for extra income! I'm so glad that these sites exist, it relieves the debt burden...
